Ex Stock Power Nuts & Screws Screwed bar and nuts in numerous sizes including Acme from 1/2" to 2 1/2" and Trapezoidal from 12mm to 60mm diameter in left or right hand thread. Shaft end and nut body customising services. Stocks constantly expand. Stockholding to contract of specialist items is also available. Factory & Production Machinery Installation, Commissioning, Maintenance & Repair

The installation of volume production equipment on time and to specification is a demanding and exacting science. Kingston takes responsibility for the installation and commissioning of plant on behalf of leading customers in a wide variety of industries, liaising with equipment manufacturers and ensuring the design objectives, installation and operational criteria match. Inspection, maintenance and repair of production and process plant is undertaken, with  installation of new parts, rebuilding, testing and commissioning as required. The service is tailored to suit customer operations, with shut down and emergency support as needed. 

Component Reclamation & Enhancement

Worn components are reclaimed and performance characteristics of new manufactured items may be enhanced, for instance, with the deposit of hard bearing surface on tough substrate material. Kingston is a Metco approved Distributor and Metal Spraying Contractor by the wire and powder process.

Corrosion Prevention

Grit blasting and spraying booths accommodate contracts to 12m x 5m x 4m and 5 tons weight capacity. Anti-corrosive/erosive coatings include metal sprayed zinc and aluminium, all types of main paint systems and approved ceramic metal system.
