Chaplets

Moparmatic designs, manufactures and supplies a large selection of aluminium and mild steel chaplets in wire diameters ranging from approximately 1.6mm to 4mm, and plate diameters between 6mm (1/4") and 19mm (3/4"). Plates can be perforated with 4, 6, 8, or 18 holes. Chaplet height ranges from 4mm to around 25mm. These are produced using eight custom-built machines at our facility in Redditch. We also manufacture solid chaplets which are formed from a single piece of wire.

Rivets

Rivets are available in a variety of formats, including split pin, snap head, anchor, countersunk, flanged, mushroom head, dome head and foundry. These can produced in a range of materials, including aluminium, brass, bronze, mild steel, stainless steel, copper and nickel silver. Wire diameters range from 0.024" to 0.25" with lengths of between 0.125" and 3.5".
