IGE are specialists in the supply of top quality garage equipment. We’re pleased to introduce the MBB mobile hydraulic brake and clutch bleeder from Baelz, a world renowned manufacturer of garage equipment and supplies. The MBB is an air-operated mobile pressure diaphragm brake and clutch bleeding machine that enables a single operator to quickly bleed, empty and top-up brake systems and test for leaks. It can be used to bleed the brake fluid from most vehicles, including ABS systems. The air/fluid diaphragm separation design guarantees no contamination. The MBB comes supplied with five standard master cylinder adaptors.

CVS (Chrome Vanadium Steel) is an alloy of mild steel and up to 5% vanadium which offers exceptional strength and excellent resistance to shock and fracture. IGE offers a great range of petrol tank drainers and fuel tank drainers for the fast, efficient and safe emptying of petrol and fuel tanks. Our VOFR, GFR and MFR ranges of fuel retrievers have been designed to enable the draining of all vehicle fuel tanks in accordance with the relevant health and safety at work procedures. All of these units allow a lone operative to empty fuel tanks and other types of container without the fuel becoming exposed to the atmosphere. All fuels, including diesel, leaded and unleaded petrol can be removed and replaced easily, quickly, and most importantly safely. Every model we supply features an integrated high output reversible rotary pump and a 2.5 metre suction/delivery hose which are mounted on a robust steel tank with wheels and castors for excellent manoeuvrability. They also feature a number of safety items, including warning labels, lockable shut off valves, anti-flash protection in the hose and pump, non-spark wheels and castors, vapour transfer tube, earthing leads, and 80 mesh strainers at the pump inlet and outlet.

If you need workshop trucks and trolleys, make IGE your first port of call. Our LTH400 hydraulic manual forklift truck has a 400kg capacity with a adjustable fork width and a length of 640mm. A simple but effective foot pedal operates the hydraulic pump, while a hydraulic release valve quickly but smoothly lowers the forks. The SDST is our standard duty sack truck with a 150kg capacity. We also have general purpose platform trolleys available with two or three shelves, ideal for workshops, garages, canteens, laboratories, shops, factories, warehouses, storerooms and mailrooms.

IGE supplies a number of air operated pumps suitable for low to medium viscosity oils, antifreeze, transmission fluid, and mineral and synthetic motor oils. Our standard AOP5668 pump comes with a ½” bsp female outlet. Swan neck outlet spout and c/w anti-drip nozzle can also be supplied as extras. The AOP5668 model can deliver up to 15 litres per minute at an output pressure of 8 BAR.

The TN80A can deliver 90 litres per minute, while our exceptional TN120A model delivers up to 120 litres per minute.
