From Small Beginnings
24 years ago Redditch Anodising has grown in size and stature through its commitment to quality and service.
Starting out with a small hand plant for sulphuric anodising, the company now has a semi-automatic line which includes hard anodising. Alocrom, and electrolytic colouring and a range of dyes. Additionally, chromic acid anodising and passivation of small parts of stainless steel is also available. Recent years have seen the installation of powder coating for small parts with a wide range of colours available.
The technical background of Proprietor and Managing Director Alan Palmer has given Redditch Anodising the ability to give its customers reliable and consistent finishes.
Quality Assurance
Redditch Anodising recognised early on in its existence the need for quality systems and process control. To ensure that all processes are run in specification the company was successfully assessed for BS5750 Part 2 (now ISO 9002) and has demonstrated its compliance over the last decade. Statistical inspection methods are used to ensure that the work is to customer requirements before dispatch.
