Statistics suggest that over 80% of UPS failures come as a direct result of battery faults and failures. It is therefore imperative that your battery supplies are regularly maintained to a high standard in order reduce the chances of costly and embarrassing computer downtime. Advanced Battery Care are able to offer two levels of maintenance: standard and premium. Our standard package includes a site visit every six months to carefully test and inspect each battery cell or monobloc and to provide a report on the overall battery condition. Upon discovery of a faulty cell, our highly trained engineers can recommend the correct course of remedial action. Our premium package is a preventative maintenance schedule that reports on failing cells before they compromise the integrity of the system.

ABC’s EC-Series™ ElectroChemical Battery Analyzers are
the only handheld, multi-frequency devices of their kind to use CELScan™
technology, meaning the can report both the Electrical and Chemical properties
of lead acid batteries (VLA, VRLA & GEL) and many other types of battery
(including NiCd, NiMH and Lithium-Ion). The EC1000™ and the EC2000™ directly
measure capacity loss that comes as a result of Sulfation and Dryout – two of
the most common causes of battery failure. Integrated CELScan™ technology
facilitates rapid, multi-frequency scanning that is both non-invasive and
non-destructive, and which provides accurate, effective maintenance
information.

Dynapulse® advanced battery
restoration/conditioning/charger systems are used for the fast, effective
elimination of sulfation build-up in lead acid batteries. They use a
high-current, low-frequency restoration method which both conditions and
charges batteries ranging from 2 to 48 volts. Dynapulse® systems can be used in
combination with EC-Series™ ElectroChemical Battery Analyzers to accurately monitor
the removal of reversible sulfation build-up as well as the overall condition
of your battery system.

CM-Series™ Continuous Monitoring Systems have
been specifically designed for stationary battery power applications
(telecommunication, utility, UPS, power generation, solar, etc.). Incorporating
CELScan™
technology, CM-Series™ Systems work seamlessly with EC-Series™
Analyzer hardware. Test results can be shared between both systems, with all
data aggregating into a single IBMS™ database (see below). This makes collating
