With Airodek, a lightweight soffit formwork system, we can design a decking solution for any situation, from repetitive options for high-rise buildings to longer term, high load options. Airodek panels can be combined with RMD Kwikform shoring systems and dropheads or props to provide a quick strip system.
Designed to maintain maximum safety levels, Airodek panels are erected from below the soffit and have plastic upstands that prevent unintentional panel dislodging. The drophead incorporates a safety catch to prevent accidental striking.

Rapidshor, a cost-effective and robust modular galvanised steel shoring system, is designed to withstand concrete pressures up to 80kN. Rapidshor accommodates varying slab levels and sloping ground, and its regular patterns of snap-on braces reduce both erection and safety inspection times.
Alshor Plus is today’s most effective aluminium shoring system, having leg loading up to 120kN, increased safety features, improved on-site versatility and reduced support equipment requirements.

Megashor is an ultra high-duty and versatile modular propping system designed for axial loads up to 1000kN. It can be configured for an extensive variety of applications such as heavy lifting towers, tunnel framework travellers and excavation bracing. As Megashor is approved for supporting bridges open to live traffic, bridge bearing replacement work can be carried out with minimum traffic flow disruption.
Megashor’s eight strut sizes and full accessory range results in a flexible system that can be assembled into props, trusses and towers of almost any length, using only standard components.

We offer two outstanding climbing formwork systems that can both be used in conjunction with any purpose-made or modular formwork.
The Rapidclimb crane-assisted climbing formwork bracket system provides self-contained, safe working levels for economical core forming.
Our new Ascent F guided climbwork system is suitable for stepped, circular or inclined surfaces as well as straight surfaces. Ascent F can be lifted in high winds and has a hydraulic system that ensures compliance with tight deadlines even when no cranage is available. The Ascent F system is fully adaptable to all formwork systems, speeding cycle times and reducing labour costs.

The new Maxima Columns can withstand up to 166kN/m concrete pressure, enabling fast column pouring speed. Column sizes that range from 200 to 750mm offer outstanding versatility in panel construction, with practically no column height or plan size limit.
Maxima Columns components are foldable and stackable, making them easy to handle and transport. They provide a safe, robust working platform with integrated guardrails and self-closing gate.
Maxima Stripping Corners are low maintenance and versatile, with fully galvanised high-strength steel-faced construction. A range of panel heights enable flexible height adjustment in 300mm increments from 2400mm upwards.

Ultraguard is our lightweight, galvanised edge protection system, providing safe, quick and easy protection at the slab edge in every instance. Ultraguard meets BS EN 13374 Class A requirements for temporary edge protection.
Ultraguard incorporates a vertical mesh pattern with up to 100mm of tolerance allowing flexibility in post positioning, and a horizontal mesh pattern that prevents uplift when used with system scaffold.
Ultraguard forms a lightweight barrier with an integral handrail and 190mm toeboard for increased safety and minimised loose parts. Ultraguard's Z profile of barriers ensures its full compatibility with all scaffold and shoring systems.
