We have now been designing and producing quality Hydraulic Cylinders for over 40 years and have established ourselves as a major supplier to a number of 'blue chip' customers who would not be dealing with us if we did not provide the service, quality and price required in today's competitive market.
One area where we are particularly experienced is in the designing of Hydraulic Cylinders and here we offer a comprehensive CAD design service free of charge to our customers. We have extensive experience in all aspects of Hydraulic Cylinder design for a full range of applications including synchronised telescopic cylinders for lift applications. In addition to this we also specialise in carrying out value analysis exercises and redesign work for our customers to reduce costs or improve the design of existing products. The company is accredited to the latest quality standards in ISO9000:2000 and a copy of this certificate can be supplied if required.
We have extensive experience in the manufacture of displacement, single & double acting cylinders. We are alos one of the countrys leading manufacturers of telescopic & synchronised telescopic cylinders which are used in the medical and lift industries.
We have recently purchased a further two new CNC machines which means we will then have ten in total working double shift and we are actively looking for new business to fill this additional capacity. In addition we have also invested in a new sophisticated 3D CAD/CAM system and a comprehensive Manufacturing Control System.
