We specialise in the supply of prefabricated pipework systems within the fixed fire protection and building mechanical services industries.We offer fabricated carbon and stainless steel pipework upto 600NB. Welding to BS2633, ASME IX and BS2971.Pipe threading facilities to 150NB and roll grooving from 25NB to 500NB.

PES Capabilities
Pipework up to 600mm diameter for various applications including steam, water, gas, compressed air etc
Welding to BS2633 (class I), ASME IX or BS2971 (Class II).
All welders are qualified in accordance with BS EN 287
Non-destructive testing by arrangement
Pipe threading facilities up to 150NB
Roll grooving from 25NB to 500NB
Surface protection: painting, galvanising, powder coating, epoxy coating etc
Transit protection using purpose-made plastic caps, covers and plugs .
Electronic receipt of drawings and documentation
Development of drawings from simple layouts / schematics into working fabrication / installation drawings
Listing of fire protection drawings for fabrication and installation purposes.
Pipework Engineering Services operates out of two locations, with a total of 21,000sq ft of production space at our Birmingham and Brierley Hill factories.
