Stephens Gaskets, established in 1947, are manufacturers of a wide range of high quality pressed parts, including gaskets, seals, precision shims, ring shims, and precision washers. Standard and non-standard sizes are their speciality.

Each item is made to the customer's specification in accordance with standard industry parameters and tolerances. Stephens Gaskets can work from your CAD drawings, samples or prescribed dimensions. Dedicated tooling can be produced to meet PPAP requirements. Products can be produced in quantities ranging from job lots to continuous or scheduled production.

Stephens Gaskets can provide soft cut, high temperature, cylinder head, and exhaust gaskets. Available materials include a wide range of high quality close tolerance metals as well as silicon, cork, rubber, felts, plastics, and high temperature and other specialised
materials. Many of these materials are also available in sheet form.

Stephens Gaskets can supply shims and light pressings at very close tolerances and to British, European, and American Standards. Ring shims and precision washers in a range of materials and sizes are available, and Shim In a Can is available in a variety of thicknesses
and materials.

Stephens Gaskets' customers in the UK and abroad include engine manufacturers, automotive suppliers, and classic car and bike clubs.

Gaskets

Custom gaskets can be cut from dedicated tooling in a wide variety of materials, and many gasket materials are available in sheet form. High-temperature steel laminated cylinder head and exhaust gaskets can be produced to withstand operating temperatures from 300 to 1200 degrees Celsius.
