Site Safety Products

Rediweld is a market leading manufacturer of site safety products, including sleeping policemen, vehicle stoppers, parking posts and chocks for use in industrial and military environments. Our range includes, but is not limited to;

·         Sitecop Speed Ramps – offering a variety of ramps with three different profiles to suit virtually any application.

-           MiniSitecop – Speed guidance 0-5mph

-           Sitecop Speed – guidance 5-10mpg

-           SitecopPlus – speed guidance 10-20mph

·         Parking Posts – including fixed, folding, and removable posts for parking control and security.

Traffic Calming

Introducing our full range of Traffic Calming Products, all manufactured to the very highest standard for optimum safety and reliability.

·         Traficop Speed Cushions (65mm or 75mm) – an ideal profile for speed reduction. Suitable for both bituminous and concrete surfaces.

·         Traficop Raised Tables – highly cost effective traffic calming products.

·         Flexible Kerbing – ideal for construction of buildouts, traffic islands, pinch points, road closures, chicanes and lane segregation. Quick and easy to install.

·         Harlow Kerbing – a lightweight alternative to laid concrete kerbs. Quick and easy to install, and ready for immediate use.

Assembly & Testing

Rediweld are able to undertake a variety of secondary operations in support of our moulding services, allowing our customers to choose the balance between outsourcing and in-house production. Our assembly and testing services include;

·         Assembly of mechanical devices, sub-assemblies and moulded components.

·         Component finishing – including bonding, fastening, riveting and ultrasonic welding.

·         Moulded Component finishing – including inserting, pressing, threading, heat staking and ultrasonic inserting.

Bus Pad

Rediweld Buspads are created to be installed in less than 1 hour causing minimum disruption to the public. Our Buspads meet DDA conformance and are supplied at cost-effective prices. Rediweld Buspads are created from recycled products to help the environment. We use durable materials so that our Rediweld Buspads have a long product life.

Our Buspads are clearly marked and have a different feel underfoot for the public to easily associate with.

Redipave

RediPave is an exciting new product designed for the quick and safe creation of refuge islands and buildouts.

Designed to cause little disruption the public, Redipave products and materials are suitable for manual handling and can be installed in less than 1 hour depending on the size of the area. Redipave modular units are available in 500mm squares, are 125mm high and have a half battered kerb face.

Redipave is installed via our unique anchor block system and various shapes and sizes can be created due to the modular design of the Redipave. High Visibility markings can be moulded in to the Redipave at the manufacturing stage to offer greater safety to the public.

We can also supply crash friendly 'Keep Left' signs and bollards.

Jislon

Our robust Jislon City Pole Cones are 800mm high and are available in two different sizes: Ø 80mm and Ø 130mm. They are commonly used for pedestrian/vehicle schemes, access restrictions and management applications.

They can be fixed in one of two ways: either by NS type embedded anchor with a core drill of 65mm diameter to a depth of 70mm with epoxy resin or by NS type stick down base which avoids the need to drill and uses expoxy resin or thermoplastic.

Our Jislon city poles are designed to be removed and relocated for the greatest life span and quality for money.

Redike

Rediweld has supplied flexible kerbing solutions for many years and is regularly reviewing and developing its products to provide customers with the very best applications.

The newly redesigned Redikerb is ideal for construction build outs, chicanes and traffic islands. Redikerb is supplied in 1000mm lengths, is 125mm high with matching 250mm radius corner units of 45º, 90º, 135º or 180º.

Redikerb is suitable for manual handling weighing less than 20kg. Corner units are easily installed by bolt down products avoiding the need for excavation. Redikerb is available in various colours such as black, grey and red with or without reflective markings to suit your requirements.

Machining and Finishing

Our moulded component machining and finishing service is used for many processes such as:

• Milling, boring and turning of moulded components.
• Drilling, tapping and threading of moulded components.
• Punching, cutting and bandsawing and moulded components.
• Deburring and deflashing of moulded components.
• Shotblasting of moulding with glass, alumina or plastic media.
• Pressing and metal forming.

Our machining and finishing services are carried out by our skilled team of technicians who understand the need for precision with every moulded component and assembly they produce. Once moulded, components often require machining or finishing. This might be to achieve a close dimensional tolerance or provide features that are impractical or uneconomic to produce from a mould tool.
