Hi-Grip Products

Universally recognised as the highest quality clip available on the market, our Hi-Grip range of worm drive hose clips are robustly constructed to withstand the toughest of conditions. That’s why they are approved by BSI Kitemark and N.A.T.O.

Our standard hose clip is made from heavily zinc plated mild steel and is typically used for domestic, automotive and industrial applications. We also manufacture hose clips from 18/8 marine quality stainless steel. This makes them ideal for salt water and other corrosive environments. Also included in our range of Hi-Grip products are Wing Screw clips which are designed with unique dovetail locking and side lugs to guarantee a firm fixture. They come supplied with a soft plastic wing plate cover which helps the installer to obtain a greater tightness.

To accompany our clips, we offer a purpose-made, non-slip screwdriver with a flexible shaft for easy fitting in hard to reach places. We also provide Hi-Grip packaging and dispensers for resellers.

Tamtorque Products

Our TAMTORQUE range of products includes:

-           Tamtorque Sign Fixing Clamps – these have been designed for all types of round, square, hexagonal and unusual shaped posts, providing a quick and reliable fix every time. Tamtorque Sign Fixing Clamps are available in seven different diameter sizes covering posts from 55mm to 340mm diameter, without the need for cutting the band to size. This means they do not have sharp edges which may snag or cut, and, unlike other banding systems, they can easily be re-used and are quickly readjusted.

-           Tamtorque Multi-Torque Banding – Multi-Torque bands are significantly stronger than other adjustable banding products and can be cut to the required length for convenience.

-           Tamtorque Tools – these are designed specifically for use with Tamtorque Fixing Clamps, which have a unique seven sided socket screw head. Includes ratchet spanner and socket bit, screwdriver and T-bar combination tool, and Tamtorque power tool bits.

Bespoke Clips

JCS Hi-Torque Ltd offer a range of bespoke clips and clamps for any number of specialised applications. We’re usually able to alter our standard products to suit an application, but where we cannot, we’re always happy to work with our customers to develop entirely new, application-specific clamps, so long as there is potential to produce in large volumes.
