to manufacture and supply seamless and welded tubes. We are proud to boast an

applications. Our seamless or welded tubes are manufactured from a range of
stainless steel, nickel, titanium and zirconium alloys. This range provides
customers with great flexibility to create a wide range of solutions.

We use a range of welding processes to
manufacture various precision tubes. The process begins with a flat piece of
metal which is formed into a tube via a series of rollers and is then welded
together at the seam. Various testing methods including eddy current,
ultrasonic and pressure testing are used to ensure the weld is consistent.
Alongside strip welding and cold drawing there are a range of processes within
the production process including de-greasing/cleaning, straightening, NDT
testing, packaging, annealing, cutting and deburring, printing, and shipment,
polishing, and electro-polishing. Production methods are tailored to suit
specific requirements.

We also use a range of production methods in
order to create high quality seamless tubing solutions. Examples of production methods include tube
reduction – pilgering (also known as cold pilgering or tube rocking), cold
drawing, sink drawing, rod drawing, plug drawing, shaping, degreasing/
cleaning, annealing, and more. The combination of production methods enables us
to manufacture seamless tubing to suit customers’ specifications. Tubes can be
manufactured in a wide range of shapes and sizes using various metal alloys.
