Laundry Systems

been expertly created to meet the demands of the modern, commercial laundries.
The system meets key needs of modern laundries in order to help them run
efficiently. Tracknet has various standard features such a fully classified
monorail control, production monitoring and stock control. It is a modular system
which means it can be tailored to suit the specific needs of each laundry. It
can be monitored from any PC/station attached to the system.

Thermal Profiling
We also provide thermal profiling systems that are designed
to independently monitor, record, display and reach to temperatures measured
within the continuous batch washer (CBW) or single batch washer (SBW) during
the wash process. Micross SetPoint has been designed and created for use in hospitals
and other health organisations to help meet guidelines in place to try and
prevent and reduce the risk of infections being passed back into the system via
linen. It runs remotely from the machine control system by gathering
temperature profiles. The system uses a PC, running Windows XP to visualise the
process.

Tracknet
Tracknet is an innovative software package designed to meet the
demands of commercial laundries. It can provide users with direct control (over
monorail systems for example) and can also monitor the operation of other
control systems such as continuous batch washers. It is a modular system which
means it can be configured to accommodate specific laundry requirements.
Tracknet uses colours and abbreviated codes to display information. It runs on
a network of personal computers using the Windows XP Pro operating system. Please

Touchscreen
Here at Micross we have developed Tracknet so that it is
easy to use with touch screens. The buttons have been carefully designed to be
large enough to use quickly and easily. We have also introduced extra features
such as the fully re-sizeable multi-lingual on screen keyboard or number pad which
‘auto hides’ and ‘pops up only when a box that needs text or number entered is

Tracknet Monorail Control systems
The Tracknet Monorail control system is used to monitor the transport
of linen around laundries. The system is designed to be simple and straight
forward to use. Users can control the colours of the monorail bags using a
highlight facility and can easily identify if a batch is live by clear
indication on the system. A small white rectangle containing the letter ‘R’ on
a monorail storage line or buffer indicates a space that has been reserved for
