Established in 1973, we provide the construction industry with first class quantity surveying, estimating and project management services. Our highly qualified team of professional surveyors, engineers and technicians provide a personal service, with director involvement, throughout all phases of construction projects.

Project Management

We can manage every aspect of your construction project, from of all phases of design planning, risk analysis and management, tendering and procurement to resource and cost management, scheduling, reporting and stakeholder communication. Using best practices with regard to documentation management and quality control as well as Health & Safety, CDM and other regulatory compliance, our highly qualified project managers and engineering teams will ensure your projects run smoothly, on time and within budget.

Quantity Surveying

We provide quantity surveying services using the latest specialist software, enabling us to produce fully detailed measures in accordance with SMM7 directly from CAD drawings. Our measurement techniques can be adapted to suit specific client needs, and documents can be exported in any required format.

Managing project costs and keeping our clients fully informed at every stage from inception to completion gives our clients the cost forecasting information they need to make informed project decisions. Our regularly-produced Cost Reports indicate projected final cost, advising the client in advance of any anticipated issues.
