The role of the packer is to provide a seal to prevent the escape of well fluids from the casing or the production tubing into the atmosphere. The unique design of our coil tubing stuffing packers incorporate the highest quality materials and have been developed by our skilled engineers to overcome various problems, particularly regarding extreme temperature ranges and ultimately, safety. Self-lubricating rubber reduces the energy required to move the tube through the seal which reduces wear and tear and is beneficial on start-up which can otherwise be difficult.

Our energisers are designed to assist in the squeezing of the smaller size stripper rubbers and to assist in the recovery system when pressure is relaxed. They are manufactured either with a spring embedded in tough polyurethane or polyurethane only. Some of our products listed as stripper rubbers may be considered as energising in some form (so called by TOT) and can be replaced separately from stripper rubbers with which they may be used. These stripper rubbers fill the cavity in a large box and can be cost effective solutions.
