We offer UKAS calibration in numerous fields including Electrical, Temperature, Dimensional, Pressure, Liquid Flow and Humidity, and we are constantly upgrading and improving our already substantial UKAS calibration capabilities. Our calibration services enable direct traceability to National Standards BS-EN-ISO/IEC 17025 and we can calibrate to individual company requirements as well, meeting the requirements of BS-EN-ISO 9001:2008.

We have a new purpose-built temperature and humidity laboratory which houses chambers, liquid baths and dry blocks. This facility will enable us to continue to improve and enhance our temperature calibration services.

Our UKAS pressure calibration laboratory capability has been expanded over the past decade to accommodate today's extensive range of industry instruments. We can calibrate and certify instruments including:

Calibration of equipment such as Positive Displacement, Variable Area and Thermal Mass Flowmeters is available.

We offer UKAS calibration certification to ISO5167-1:2003 for orifice plates as well as a repair and manufacturing service.
Although there is no minimum size restriction, our maximum plate size is 36". A typical calibration encompasses a minimum of 160 individual measurements, all of which are recorded directly into a computer.
In order to calibrate orifice plates, we need to know the pipeline diameter, as that is what determines the tolerances of the orifice plate during the calibration process. We have a convenient form on our website for providing this information and enabling rapid delivery.

We were the first company in the UK to attain UKAS accreditation for pressure relief valves testing at our Great Yarmouth workshop, or on site.
We can produce pressure traceability to national standards via our UKAS Accredited Testing Laboratory No 1828, providing some of the best uncertainties of measurements in the UK. The same services are also available on-site, even in the harshest of environments, with our mobile valve workshops.
We have almost 20 years' experience in the servicing, overhaul and certification of a wide assortment of pressure relief, safety and control valves for the oil and gas, power generation, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and process industries.
Certification and servicing is performed to the relevant standards API 527 and BS 6759.
