There is hardly a country in the world where you will not find a White and Street cable marker. In America there are dozens of them and in Europe they are everywhere. They are working away day in day out in countries such as Canada Brazil Spain Japan Australia Taiwan Scandinavia and Iceland.
The two smaller machines in the White and Street range the WS469 and the WS429 are friction driven. Simple and reliable they run for years with only minimal maintenance.
We are very proud of our WS933. This is the most advanced design. Servo driven it is capable of very precise length measurement on high-speed extrusions such as fibre optic telecom cables. The sophisticated foil handling system allows foils to be changed without interruption to marking.
We can tailor the WS933 for abnormal situations such as cables with an uneven surface. The WS933 can cope with the effect of "corrugations" and still produce accurate measurement.
Another machine in our standard range which has a good reputation is not a marker. The WS550 'Out-of-Line saw' cuts tubes or pipes of up to 500mm diameter into precise lengths.
