| Company Description |
Milk-Rite, a subsidiary of Avon Rubber PLC, is a market leading manufacturer of high quality dairy farming equipment and accessories. We have been producing dairy liners for over eight decades, and have now added pulsators, milking claws, vacuum regulators and a whole host of consumables to our product portfolio.
With many years of experience in the industry, you can expect the very best rubber compounds that are long lasting, high performing, and that meet all relevant food legislation requirements. In fact, although we have been producing dairy liners for 85 years, the company’s history in the manufacture of rubber components goes way back to 1888 – that’s real pedigree!
All of our products are manufactured in state-of-the-art facilities in the USA, the United Kingdom, and the Czech Republic. The benefits of investing into top class equipment rather than cheap imports are obvious! Our liners are guaranteed to improve the efficiency of your operations and to look after animal health as a priority.

They are compatible with a wide range of parlour systems, including Boumatic, Delaval, Dairymaster, Fullwood, Gascoigne Melotte, Germania, Manus, Meltec, Orion, SAC Christensen, and Westfalia Surge. Milk-Rite is pleased to introduce the Ultraliner TLC series of triangular dairy liners. These unique components provide a gentle closing mechanism which reduces the forces on the teat end. An improved grip means fewer slips, squeals and squawks! Ultraliner TLC Dairy Liners will fit within your existing shell, and are available for a wide variety of parlour types.

Our innovative triangular liner system has a unique shell design that offers an improved grip on the teat, gentler milking, and better teat health. A gentle massaging action and a better grip means fewer slips, squeals and squawks, while shorter a and c phases increase milk and rest phases. Lightweight clusters prevent the liner riding up the teat. Impulse liners are also available with Mouthpiece venting, a revolutionary system designed to improve milk flow and teat health.
|
|
Our vented liner mouthpiece enables air to enter the system behind the milk, rather than at the claw. This provides a more even vacuum drop through the system. The benefits are numerous: - a smoother, more efficient take-away of milk from the teat, reduced cross-contamination between teats, reduced turbulence of the milk (a smoother flow and less frothing at the claw), and easier removal of the cluster, which is more comfortable for the cow. Milk-Rite manufactures coiled tubing of varying sizes and specifications, as well as short air and milk tubes. Short air tubes come in a wide variety of sizes to suit all applications, and are engineered from materials that comply with the latest food safety standards. You won’t find such high quality and consistency anywhere else. Our moulded, extruded and shaped short milk tubes are also available in a wide range of sizes, and, like all of our rubber compounds, are compliant with the relevant standards of European food legislation.
All of our tubes represent excellent value for money. As the manufacturer of these great products, we can provide full technical assistance post-sales.

Milk-Rite draws upon the rubber manufacturing experience of its parent company, Avon Rubber Plc, but the company was set up to provide more than just rubber liners and tubing for the dairy industry. Our product portfolio now includes Ultraclaw, our range of teat claws (all of which come supplied with ACR Bracket), and Ultrapulse, our innovative pulsators with control boxes, adaptors and vacuum regulators.
We also have a broad selection of milking clusters, claws, connectors, and automatic shut-off valves for sheep and goat milking.

It’s much easier when you can find everything you need under one roof! That’s why Milk-Rite has included a wide range of consumables in its product portfolio.
We produce jetter trays, filter socks, impulse shells, goat diaphragms, and jetter cups. Our high quality stainless steel trays are suitable for even the most demanding of parlour environments, and are easily assembled and installed.
We have a wide choice of jetter cup sizes to suit most clusters. Filter socks are available in a wide variety of lengths, diameters, and mesh sizes.

Impulse Shells are lightweight, highly robust plastic shells suitable for use with our impulse triangular and impulse vented liners. They are designed to take variable weight rings, enabling you to tailor the weight of your cluster. A triangular inner profile reduces the air space between the liner and the shell, which makes the liner more responsive to the pulsation signals. An anti-twist mechanism keeps the liner correctly positioned.
