50 years ago in February 1960, Rolf Hasenclever submitted a patent for a modular interchangeable system of bored plates and ancillary components to simplify and automate the manufacture of Injection Moulds and Tools. HASCO was formed, and began to supply precision standardized mould plate and ancillary components, which have been adopted globally by the toolmaking industry. The company's initial basic product portfolio of steel plates, ejectors and guide elements has continuously been extended to increase productivity in mould construction, and now includes modern high quality steels, complex de-moulding and cooling elements as well as innovative hot runner technology. As a part of the Berndorf Group, HASCO continues to invest regularly in new production technologies and infrastructures allowing us to be represented in 35 locations around the world, and provide global supply, customer support and consulting services in all the major industrial counties. We continue to lead the way, and focus on new ideas and concepts which help shape your ideas for the future.
