We sell and service saw blades and sawing machines, and can provide solutions for the most difficult machining requirements. Our expertise, advanced facilities and multiple locations enable us to provide a high standard of service.

We even operate our equipment in some of our customers' own premises, resulting in further reductions in response time and transport costs.

We've been using saws for almost 40 years, so we know there is no "one size fits all" solution for all sawing requirements. We are experts in developing and manufacturing saw solutions and providing advice on choosing the right blade type for the job. This is of vital importance for our customers' ability to meet quality standards, targets and delivery times. We are an approved supplier to the petrochemical, aerospace, and automotive industries. 

We operate a 24-hour shop so we can provide fast and efficient service in manufacturing new blades, grinding & repairing existing blades, and carrying out maintenance and repair on sawing machines. 

We also have expertise in fabrication or component failure investigation, as well as decommissioning and reclamation.

We are the UK's largest supplier of DoALL bi-metal and carbide-tipped bandsaw blades. Our
extensive product range, combined with the expertise gained during 40+ years experience in the field, mean we can provide our customers with the right blade for the right job and material.  

We have our own welding facility and use the highest quality stock to manufacture blades to order.

Sawing Machine Sales and Services

We offer a wide range of DoALL, Pedrazzoli and Soitaab sawing machines, from bandsaws to large gantry saws. We can also custom build integrated sawing systems to meet any special requirements. 

We provide a full sawing machine service, including regular maintenance, repair, recondition and rebuild. In addition to our standard weekday service, we can offer same-day callout or service contracts.

We can provide emergency breakdown service for these brands of sawing machines:

Adige, Amada, Behringer, Bianco, DoALL, Kasto,RGA, Tsune, Cosen, Forte, Startrite, Sofina, Soitaab and Pedrazzoli. 

We have sawing machines spares and coolants, including cutting and minimal lubrication oils and synthetic, semi-synthetic, and special application fluids. 

We carry out saw sharpening and servicing, offering extensive grinding, re-weld and repair service for circular, segmental, and bandsaw blades. We use optical comparators to ensure that original blade geometry is maintained. We use the latest CNC grinding machines for HSS blades. We can re-weld, regrind and reset bi-metal and tungsten carbide-tipped blades to extend blade life and increase cost-effectiveness.

We offer fast service through round-the-clock weekday operations, with daily collections within our service area.

Cutting Services

 We can undertake work on almost all machinable materials in our main Midlands saw shop and sub-locations. We operate more than 58 saws 24 hours a day. 

We have a large subcontract sawing capacity, utilizing the largest heavy-duty specialist laser-guided vertical bandsaws in the UK. Rough profiling and sectioning for the removal of bulk excess material prior to machining provides a cost benefit to our customers in reduced machining time and costs. Material offcuts remain prime stock rather than scrap, resulting in significant cost savings when using expensive specialist materials.

Our high-volume precision sawing service, using the latest carbide circular-sawing technology operating 24 hours a day, helps our customers keep on top of today's Just-in-Time logistics requirements with significant cost savings. 

Our heavy-duty bandsaw machines can section large industrial components, providing significant cost savings by the reclamation of valuable materials for reuse. We also provide forensic cutting services for metallurgical analysis in failure investigation without the contamination and distortion associated with other cutting processes.

We can reduce manufacturing time and simplify process by producing components as one large piece, and then carry out sectioning or splitting for final machining. This can mean significant time and cost savings. 

Our specialist cutting abilities are literally out of this world, and we even proved it by sectioning three meteorites for the Natural History Museum in London.
