Our electrochemical processor is an instrument used to measure current at constant potential and used in techniques such as amperometric titrations, electrogravimetry, coulometry, stepwise polargraphy and voltammetry. It comprises two fundamental features; the Potentiostat and the Galvanostat for controlled potential and controlled current microelectrode techniques.
Both circuits are separate and can be used simultaneously to create desired results. When the electrochemical processor is used with a signal generator a wide range of polargraphic/voltammetric methods such as single sweep, single step, triangular wave and cyclic can be performed. Voltmeter outputs from the Potentiostat and Galvanostat are displayed on the system monitor that is also created to indicate possible cell faults.
