We supply a complete range of Ferrite Transformers, including Switch Mode, Inductors, and Power Ferrite Transformers. All are designed in line with your specifications, but we'll help to improve the basic design and ensure compliance with safety legislation. Basic design requirements include; input voltages and frequency, output voltages and currents, size, finish (clean, air drying varnish, or vacuum pressure impregnation varnish), and safety needs. Ferrite Transformers can be manufactured in RM, ETD, EFD, and EE styles. Our customers can choose the input voltage and frequency, output voltage and current, size, termination (tags, pins, terminal blocks, flying heads etc), finish, and safety features (such as overload protection, etc). Mains transformers are of a Split Bobbin construction and have metric or imperial laminations, with insulation class 'B' 130° C or higher.
