Treston Ltd has particular expertise in the production of industrial workbenches that are ergonomically designed to improve performance and robustly constructed to withstand the rigours of a harsh industrial environment. The range includes our new generation of WB-Series height adjustable workbenches, which may be adjusted using an electric motor, manual hand crank or allen key. This concept allows the user to adapt their workstation to suit a variety of tasks, and to also choose whether they wish to sit or stand. A generous worktop depth provides ample space for production, and a flush bench footprint allows numerous workbenches to be placed against one-another without unnecessary gaps. Treston has designed, developed and manufactured a range of robust and reliable industrial trolleys for use in a variety of working environments. Our WTR-series universal trolley has a versatile design that enables it to be used for a number of applications, including as a PC-station, measuring station or for mobile storage. A modern industrial design ensures greater reliability and durability. We also have a height adjustable trolley designed for general use in offices, workshops, production areas or even hospitals. All shelves may be easily adjusted using an allen key. Our industrial IT 170-series trolley is suitable for use in light assembly, test and repair areas, while the heavy duty RV608-series trolley has been designed to handle a load capacity of up to 300kg.

Our universal WTR, height adjustable TRTA and industrial IT 170 trolleys are all available in ESD format for electronics manufacturers. Universal WTR ESD trolleys feature vertical aluminium profiles with 26mm ESD laminated shelving. Stylish in appearance yet fully functional in design, Treston’s visible storage cabinets are suitable for a variety of industrial environments. They provide a compact storage system for up to 360 different items and are available in two sizes; 550mm and 290mm (height). The drawers are made from a transparent polystyrene material which enables the user to see the contents. Self adhesive labels are also provided for speedy identification. Cabinets may be wall hung, stood on the worktop, or mounted on top of turntables or trolleys. Treston also manufactures storage bin cabinets which may be vertically stacked, wall hung or mounted on turntable assemblies – these are suitable for storing larger items. Also available are our high density cabinets, which may be fitted with castors for mobile storage. Treston Earthing Boxes offer a simple yet effective way of grounding workers and protecting electronic components from Electro Static Discharge (ESD). These are fitted with three 1megohm ½ watt safety resistors, a 10 mm stud for connecting a wrist strap, and two additional 4 mm plug sockets. Earthing boxes come supplied with a 3 metre earthing cord to keep the earth bonding point and the operator safely grounded at all times. Made with semiconductive epoxy powder coated steel, these ESD protected storage systems are ideal for storing electronically sensitive parts and components. They allow you to customise small parts shelving to your own requirements, and are available in depths of 400mm, 500mm or 600mm. The entire unit is earthed via a protective 1 megohm resistor. ESD shelving units include two front uprights, two back uprights, six adjustable shelves, four side battens and a single back brace (1000 x 966mm).

Correctly positioned lighting is essential in almost any industrial environment and is a very important part of workstation ergonomics. Well designed lighting systems improve industrial safety and can enhance employee comfort and productivity. Treston overhead and side light systems provide fast, flicker-free electronic light ignition and vibration-free operation. Output is unaffected by fluctuations in voltage. These lighting units are ideal for use with moving machinery as they offer constant asymmetric lighting with minimal shadow. Treston designs a range of packing benches and packing stations with supports for paper and cardboard rolls. These have the same frame construction as TP/TPH series workbenches, allowing for a wide variety of accessories to be attached. The workbench height may be adjusted anywhere between 760 and 1050mm using an allen-key. The laminate upper shelve has six steel divider hoops for holding cartons and may be adjusted between 1100 and 1650mm.

Storage stands come in a range of configurations to suit the requirements of each individual customer. Both static and mobile variations are available, with double or single sided shelving for storage bins or cabinets. Our Bin Trolley BT-170A Kit includes eight adjustable, double sided aluminium bin rails measuring 753mm in length, capable of holding up to 72 blue stacking bins (two different sizes). Treston's HK 48 ESD series of shelf cabinets are made from high quality 1mm profiled steel. A robust welded sheet steel body with sturdy double-skinned doors ensures safe and secure storage. Doors are fitted with double point locking for additional security. HK 100 and 180 series shelf cabinets are specifically designed for light storage - these come supplied in a flatpack carton that includes all the necessary fixtures, fittings and instructions. Treston Ltd supplies various screen components for partitioning industrial workspaces. This includes fabric screens or perforated screens as single panels, double-panel sets or 2-panel corner sets. A modular design allows you to set up your screening system in any number of ways, and also enables you to alter the layout when circumstances change. Screen legs can be supplied separately. We also have a number of space-saving accessories which may be attached to our screen panels, including bin profiles, steel shelves and electrical cable channels.
