Our surveyors are fully trained in accordance with the British Occupational Hygiene Society's P402 Certificate (Building Surveys & Bulk Sampling), carrying out Type 1, 2 & 3 Surveys. New legislation introduced on 21st May 2004, governing the Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations 2002, has put an explicit duty on owners and managers of all non-domestic premises to ensure that the new regulations have been implemented. Falling within this legislation are all common areas within rented or private accommodation. As a result of this you have a legal obligation (Duty of Care); to protect employees and the public from any Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM's) on your premises therefore failure to comply will contravene Health & Safety Law.
