Pilot's Point is Missouri’s newest residential airpark community. It represents the dream of its owner, pilot Darrin Adkins, who wanted a place to escape the hectic pace of everyday life, and a place to retire and relax. Pilot’s Point was always meant to be a small, intimate community of aviators. With five waterfront lots on Table Rock Lake, two community access lots and twenty interior lots, the community will be owned by the residents. The two community lots, allowing lake access for all residents and a future walking path along the lake and around the property are but a couple of the amenities and future plans. Large areas of meadows and woods will be left undeveloped to insure the natural beauty remains.
