Our range of filling machines and accessories are carefully designed to minimize on spillage and optimise productivity, this keeps production areas clean, reduces accidents and improves bottom line profitability.
In addition to designing and manufacturing our own liquid filling machines, we can provide a full packaging line, which could include capping, sealing, crimping, labelling and conveyors.

Filling Machines. Please note the filling machines displayed are our standard range, these can be adjusted and modified to suit all your requirements whether that is nitrogen purging, overfill protection or interfacing into your DCS system, If one of these is not suitable then we can design something that will cover your needs.

FT-100 series& FT-200 series & FT-300 Series  example: FT-100 series Capacity -  standard weigh range of 20kg - 1000kg+ 16 x 20kg containers (max 3 layers total of 48 per pallet) 4 x 200kg containers 1 x IBC container This filling machine is suitable for filling in a safe or hazardous environment (zone 1) and has been designed with the view of taking the physical strain out of filling whilst obtaining your required accuracy.

Our range of counting&weighing scales offer fast, versatile and accurate parts counting. These robust scales are ideal for a wide range of counting applications in factories, warehouses and store rooms. With a capacity of 30kg - 600kg these scales have the capacity to count / weigh anything from electronic components to engine parts. The option of a RS232 connection enables the scale to connect directly to a computer or printer.

Our range of industrial (floor) scales offer fast, versatile and accurate weighing. These robust scales are ideal for a wide range of weighing applications in factories, warehouses and store rooms. With a capacity of 30kg - 5000kg these scales have the capacity to weigh anything from a box to a full pallet.

Our range of pallet trucks offer fast, versatile and accurate parts counting. These robust scales are ideal for a wide range of counting applications in factories, warehouses and store rooms. With a capacity of 1000kg - 2000kg these scales have the capacity to weigh anything from a single box to a full pallet. The option of a RS232 connection enables the scale to connect directly to a computer or printer.

Servicing. Flow Tronix Ltd. can provide a servicing package to suit your needs at a competitive price, all the servicing is carried out by our fully qualified engineers and to a high standard. Various packages exist and can be adjusted to suit your needs.
