PCB Design

With thousands of successful projects to our credit, we have a wealth of experience in PCB Design, Utilising this extensive knowledge, we employ Design for Manufacturability, Servicability, Reliability and Repairability techniques, along with a strong focus on achieving the most cost-effective solution.

• PCB Design working from CAD Schematic, Hand drawn sketch or Netlist.

Design Quotation

To provide a quotation for design we need the following dependent upon the status of the project, i.e. for design from concept or for schematic entry, we will require your specification and for PCB layout; a circuit diagram, bill of materials, space envelope information and the position of connectors and/or mounting holes.

PCB assembly forms a core part of our Electronic Manufacturing Solutions. This capability can be utilised at all levels from low volume rapid prototype products to full production manufacture.  We have full capability for assembling both Through hole and SMD along with mixed technologies.  We also offer conformal coating and device programming prior to system integration or despatch.

Our surface mount PCB Assembly capabilities include BGA, uBGA and flip chip assembly.  Automated assembly processes are utilised throughout all stages of the manufacturing cycle to ensure consistent placement quality.
