Quotation & Concept - Our design is drawn in the "Inventor"
package, so we can provide a full 3D model for your approval.
Design - We can deliver both conceptual and fully realised designs with a full
compliment of engineering drawings.
Build - We have a comprehensive machining capability in milling, turning and
grinding.
We also have Laser Cutting facility; we can cut thicknesses up to 20mm Mild
Steel, 12mm Stainless Steel and 8mm Aluminium. We have CNC press capability and
a fully equipped weld shop, we're capable of producing a wide variety of
fabrications.
Install - We have a purpose built assembly shop where we can prepare and
test your equipment before dispatch. Our expert team of installers can
commission your equipment on site.
Spares & Repairs Our experienced team can support you for the lifespan of
your equipment.
Conveyoring
A
vast experience designing and
manufacturing conveyors to our customers requirements.
Aside from our standard range of conveyors we are capable of producing a vast
range of different styles of conveyor to specific application requirements. In
the past we've built conveyoring with PU belts, modular belts, roller track and
pulley conveyors amongst others.
