- BGA Inspection - Using our own BGA optical inspection equipment
we look for any shorts or soldering problems that may have occurred during assembly.
A BGA X-ray service which will provide full 3D X-ray inspection can be
provided.
- Test - ATE, Function Test, Bespoke Test and ESS.
