Engraving

Our workshops feature a fantastic range of state of the art equipment used to create excellent engraving solutions. Our highly skilled team uses both new and traditional techniques to create incredible results. Our machines are suitable for engraving on a wide range of standard and non-standard materials. We have the capabilities and facilities to provide simple, traffolyte labels and brass nameplates through to large, complicated fabrications such as aircraft control sticks. We are also pleased to offer chemical etching services. We oversee the project process and complete all design and finishing in-house while our specialist partners handle the chemistry of etching.

Anodising

Here at biemagnum we also offer fantastic anodising services. In 2006, we re-constructed our on-site anodising plant to enable us to treat all aluminium components and panels to DEF STAN 03-25. We also provide chromate conversion pre-treatment to DEF STAN 03-18 using Alocrom 1200 solution. By anodising in-house we are able to break the procedure when necessary in order to apply text and/or logos to the surface coating via our special screen-printing process. Printing

Our highly skilled team combines traditional methods of screen printing with new techniques and technologies. We are able to achieve incredibly high quality screen printing results on a variety of substrates. Using specialist inks we are also able to provide anodic printing. Milling

We also offer first class precision CNC milling services. We use state of the art machines in order to create one off or large batch productions. Our CNC services are used alongside our anodising, stove enamelling, screen printing and engraving services to create complete project solutions. Painting

To complete our production services we also offer excellent stove enamelling and finishing services. We provide stove enamelling and finishing services to customers in a range of industries including MOD, aerospace and electronics. Our highly trained and experienced team specialises in complex mask and paint projects and can also provide powder coating services.
