We will take an idea or concept, evaluate the requirements and design a production intent solution. We then transform the on screen design into reality using our CADCAM CNC facility and Vacuum Forming Plastic operation to manufacture a high speed low cost sample. Once the client has approved the sample a small batch of prototypes are manufactured for further evaluation trials. When the prototypes are signed off, production tooling is produced and production mouldings manufactured.
