aluminium components utilizing aluminium profiles. Industries serviced, include
- Automotive, Electronic, Architectural, Building, Medical, among others.
Products include special aluminium extrusions, machined aluminium components,
aluminium CNC machining, aluminium tubes, aluminium angles, aluminium bars,
aluminium cutting, free issue aluminium machining, aluminium castings and
aluminium to various alloys including 6063, 6082, 6005. We have our own in-house
designer to ensure your aluminium profiles can be made to your specifications.
This will enable you to have confidence that your design will be a
cost-effective solution.
We
offer:
Stockholding,
just-in-time. Kan ban, sequential direct to line.
State of the art cutting, with on line auto deburring, with one of the only two
saws in Europe capable of cutting to a machine finish.
Inal
Metals provide a range on thermally broken aluminium extrusions for a range of
windows. This aluminium extrusion is supplied thermally broken and machined with
drainage holes in 6 metre lengths.
We
utilise all the benefits aluminium extrusions offer in tandem with our extensive
knowledge of end user requirements. Underpin this with the latest technology and
our passion for all things aluminium becomes evident:
A
two-part extrusion forming a support strut used by the office furniture
industry. Originally a sand casting, utilising extrusion improves stability,
aesthetic appearance and significantly reduces tooling costs.

and lid section used in medical applications. The lid section clip-fits
into the trunking section and is machined as required to accommodate the
electrical housing

Used
as a a front suspension upright, good machining qualities and high resistance to
corrosion are all prerequisites for this safety critical components.
Used
in the off shore drilling industry the SlickSleeve is a casing which fits around
drilling tubes to protect the drill head. Operated in an environment which is
subject to excessive structural forces - machined extrusion is a must due to
it's superior structural strength.

Used
in industrial machinery operations.

Rear-wing
mounting plate used on sports cars with speeds in excess of 200 mph. Machining
extrusion enables structural strength to be retained whilst reducing crucial
weight.
