We distribute a wide range of adhesives, sealants, lubricants, board coatings, encapsulants, tapes, soldering pastes and masks, surface preparations, specialty chemicals, and maintenance and repair products ranging through many material types including epoxy, polyurethane, silicone, acrylic, and cyanoacrylate. Also UV adhesives and coating with Curing lamps, and ovens for curing UV materials. We also supply a vast range of dosing tips, syringes and single and dual cartridges c/w mixers as well as dispensing systems to suit manual air or hand operated, to semi-automated dispensers for syringe of valve dispensing from pinch, diaphragm, spool , needle or auger driven valves to fully automated 3 and 4 axis robotic dispensers. Our Kitpacker facility is capable of filling resins and adhesives into single of two component cartridges, burst packs or manual or air powered syringes. It is also capable of supplying pre-mixed and frozen product or blending colorants or beads into adhesives as well as supplying custom field kits of adhesives, sealents and lubricants. Also available are soldering, desoldering systems, hot air tools and fume extraction systems from Metcal.
