Abacus Construction Estimators provides estimates for both the Domestic and Commercial sector of the Construction Industry. We provide estimating facilities for Contracts ranging from £50 - £10,000,000.

We offer estimating facilities for loft conversions, basement conversions, extensions, new build for Domestic and Commercial Clients. We can provide a detailed estimate that shows an accurate; comprehensive and impartial building cost breakdown. We aim to provide a fast service in this sector as we are aware that the Builders or their Clients will want their price turned round quickly. We therefore endeavour to return these within 7 days of receipt.

We carry out Site Visits and undertake valuations for all trade Subcontractors and endeavour to ensure that all valuations are submitted on time, thus maximising our Clients cash flow. We will submit the valuations direct to the Subcontractors Clients and follow it up to ensure that payments are processed.

In order for a project to commence we are willing to provide advice or assistance in any way that we can. We offer a very flexible service, should you require a small project priced within a few days we will endeavour to assist you upon assessment of your project.
