Turned Parts to Drawing
Parts down to 0.5mm diameter can be produced as well as bar feed items up to 42mm in diameter. Chucking facilities increase the billet size we can handle up to 150mm.
Machined Components
Sizes range from 0.5mm diameter up to 150mm. Machining in all the basic material such as steel brass stainless steel and aluminium and more unusual materials such as titanium, aluminium bronze and the nickel rich alloys.
Aircraft and Aerospace Fasteners
We have recently made various items in aircraft grade materials such as s143 and fasteners with rolled threads can be offered.
Special nuts and bolts
Fasteners with both male and female threads in almost every shape and thread form that you can imagine and in a huge list of standard and more specialised materials. Fasteners can be supplied as machined or can have post production treatments such as heat treatment plating and grinding as required.
Socket screws
Specialised in the not so common sizes shapes and materials. Expertise in a wide range of Cap screws, setscrews, shoulder bolts, pipe plugs and other socket products can be offered.
Taper Pins
These include taper pins, dowel pins, clevis pins in a huge range of materials and finishes which can be supplied in the as machined condition or can have post manufacturing treatments such as hardening grinding and plating.
Parallel Pins
These can be hardened & ground as required.
