Silicone Seal We provide a comprehensive selection of silicone seals in a range of shapes and sizes. We also supply the silicone bubble which is available in white or black and is designed to be easily inserted into a wide variety of our carriers. Benefits of the silicone bubble include resistance to the ozone, UV light, weak acids and alkalis, it does not absorb water, works effectively in a temperature range between -50 degrees C and +250 degrees C, is unaffected by most stains and paints, is easy to maintain, and accommodates varying gaps. The silicone bubble is supplied with all the necessary fixing.
GEC Premier Strip Straight 180 Degree & GEC Premier 55 Cranked Door Bottoms Our GEC Premier Strip Straight 180 degree and GEC Premier 55 Cranked Door Bottoms are supplied in a range of lengths that are cut to order to meet specific requirements. Our Premier Strip is available in PVC or Aluminium and available in standard finishes of PVCu, brown PVC, or standard aluminium, or various finishes to order such as satin, black, bronze or matt gold anodised, or white painted aluminium. Our Premier 55 Strips are manufactured from nylon 6 and incorporate a galvanised steel core wire and backing tape.
Foam Impact Protectors We provide a wide selection of foam impact protectors for use in a wide range of industries. They are designed to be used on all kinds of surfaces, frame-work or edging where there poses a risk of injury. The foam strips are easy to fit and are designed to be tough and durable for long-term effective use. As either self-adhesive or push-on types, our foam impact protectors feature UV resistant properties, are yellow and black coated and conform to Health and Safety Regulations 1996. Conveyor Belts Our high quality nylon brush strips are designed for easy application to the sides of conveyor belts and eliminate components slipping under the belt. They are also beneficial for providing non-abrasive guides for the transportation of PET/food containers. For large conveyors, industrial premier strip with 45 degree angled carrier are effective solutions and for smaller belts 30 degree brush strip with aluminium carrier of 12mm trim nylon brush or Premier 30 with 22mm trim brush may offer best results. GEC Molar (MAJOR & MINOR) Our GEC Molar is supplied 8mm wide by 16mm deep for molar major grooves and 6.3mm wide by 9mm deep for molar minor grooves. Carriers are available in brown or black PVC or white PVCu. These draught excluders also create a cold smoke seal. Flipper Seals We provide a wide selection of flipper seals which are available in brown, white, or black to suit your preferences. All of our weather seals and flipper seals are supplied in minimum order quantities of 20 metres. Weather Stripping Weather stripping is a process used to seal opening such as doors and windows from the elements. Not only does weather stripping prevent elements such as rain entering the area but also prevents elements such as warm air from exiting the area thus reducing energy costs in many cases. Our W-Series weather seals are manufactured from fully flexible Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) and can be corner welded. We also supply the R-Series of weather seals that provide an excellent flexible seal with a groove in the rebate face. Door Seals Fire Only We supply a large selection of intumescent door seals for fire protection. These are available in a range of sizes and can be supplied in either white or brown to suit your preferences. Our fire only intumescent door seals are designed to be easily inserted into rebates in the door or frame. They are supplied in minimum order quantities of 10 x 2.1 metre lengths. All of our intumescent door seals display a manufacture date as well as a Certifire approval number. We also provide a range of intumescent door seals for fire and smoke protection. EPDM Tape We supply a range of strong and effective dry glazing tape for the sealing of double glazed units into most types of timber windows and doors. The EPDM dry glazing tape is easy to fit by placing on the edge of the rebate and the back of the glazing bead. Before applying the tape, all surfaces must be cleaned and dried thoroughly for the best results and temperatures should not be below 5°C when applying the tape as this may affect the result. Tape is available in black, white or brown and is supplied in minimum order quantities of 40 metres. We also supply EPDM tape with lip which is used as half a dry glazing system.
Material EPDM EPDM rubber is a type of synthetic rubber which provides outstanding heat, ozone and weather resistance. We also provide SSP seals that are manufactured from EPDM cellular rubber for draught proofing existing windows and doors that do not feature a groove for a mechanical fixing. Our EPDM dry glazing tape and SSP seals are effective sealing solutions that do not absorb moisture and are supplied with a self-adhesive surface for easy application and glass fibre mesh to eliminate stretching.
Compression Seals We supply a comprehensive selection of compression seals that are manufactured from rubber and plastic to incredibly high standards. Our seals are designed and manufactured in a range of shapes and sizes to meet most, if not all, industry requirements.
