Box Profile & Corrugated Sheeting

Our single skin sheeting is available in box profile or corrugated form and in thicknesses ranging from 4mm to 7mm. We carry a large stock of sheets in a wide variety of colours and finishes, including polyester painted and PVC coated. Sheets can be cut to your exact specifications anywhere between 1 and 11 metres in length. Customers also have the option of having their sheets fitted with an absorbent felt matting to reduce the effects of condensation. Find out more about our box profile and corrugated sheeting by visiting Rase Steels online.

Composite Panel Sheeting

Composite panel sheets provide an ideal way of insulating almost any building. They are available in both profiled and flat form and in thicknesses ranging from 40mm to 120mm, with the added choice of either polycarbonate or factory sealed roof lighting. Ideal for a variety of buildings from office blocks to potato stores and small domestic garages, composite sheets from Rase Steels offer a bright and clean finish whilst also ensuring a stable interior temperature and a condensation-free environment. Sheets are cut to customer requirements and are available in a range of colours.

Fibre Cement Sheeting

Fibre cement sheets are ideal for agricultural roofing projects – they are commonly installed on grain stores, barns, stables, cattle sheds, garages and other such structures. As well as providing a certain degree of insulation, fibre cement sheets create a completely drip-free environment. They are available in low sheen, coloured or cement grey finishes and in lengths from 5ft to 12ft. We also have a second type of fibre cement sheet with a smaller corrugation: this is available in lengths from 4ft to 10ft 6 inches. Find out more about fibre cement sheeting by visiting Rase Steels online.

Zed Purlin and Cee Section

At Rase Steel, we aim to supply Zed Purlin and Cee Section systems to meet all requirements. We stock a huge range of sections in a variety of sizes and thicknesses, and can cut them to customer specifications as required.  Zed Purlin and Cee Sections are ideal for supporting a variety of cladding systems, including composite panels, fibre cement sheets and box profile and corrugated sheets. They can be supplied with a range of accessories such as anti-sag rods, side rail supports, eaves beams, tie wires and M16 bolts.
