Metador Defender

The Metador Defender is a steel doorset solution that Britannia Metador is able to manufacture to meet your bespoke specifications no matter the size, colour or ironmongery required. Made completely from galvanised material and with bolted corners, the Metador Defender also features an insulated core using mineral wool, 1.5mm leaf skins and threaded adjusters with eight fixing points on both sides of the door. The Defender also features our innovative Easy-Fit jamb® design which allows for a quick and simple installation procedure. The Defender also comes with CE marking and high security cylinders that are anti-pick, anti-bump, anti-snap and anti-drill.

Metador Premier

The Metador Premier is an award winning and cost-effective product that is ideally suited for use with various types of agricultural building. The Premier is also available with a 2 part Vari-frame system that makes it perfect for jack leg cabins and modular buildings as well. The Metador Premier is manufactured in galvanised sheet with a core made from polyurethane and features nylon lever handles that have been designed to be resistant to vandalism. With an Assa Abloy lockcase and euro cylinder as well as flanges along both edges and the top that are anti-tamper, the Metador Premier is a reliable security solution.

Metador 200 Series

The Metador 200 Series from Britannia Metador are steel security doors that go above and beyond current building regulations thanks to the insulated core. Available in numerous different sizes and with various hardware options, doors from the 200 Series come finished in a Goosewing grey polyester powder coat as standard with the option to add an over-coat to provide extra durability or different colour finishes. We can also add a telescopic side frame system allowing security doors from the 200 Series to be sized to fit most size of aperture outside of our standard size selection.

Metador 300 Series

The Metador 300 Series by Britannia Metador can be manufactured in a much wider range of sizes than the 200 Series and can be built with either a mineral wood core or a honeycomb dufalite core. As standard, steel security doors in the 300 Series range are finished with zintec although the option to have a polyester powder coat in a variety of different colours is also available. 300 Series doors have the possibility to be certified for high security uses and can be made with a thicker steel skin and with a core made from solid timber. Metador 300 series security doors often find use in banks and building societies.

Metador 400 Series

Britannia Metador is fully equipped to provide specialist steel security doors that are made to order in the form of our Metador 400 Series. Doors within this range are specifically designed and manufactured to carry out specialized functions and include fire-rated doors, acoustic doors, bullet-resistant doors and high-security doors that can be built to meet a number of different security standards. Doors from the 400 Series can be manufactured in virtually any size and can be finished in a wide selection of colours. There is also a huge range of different hardware options to choose from with professional advice on the right door for the job always available from Britannia Metador.

Metador 400FG Series

Britannia Metador can also provide fully glazed steel doors with our Metador 400FG Series. Doors in this range, similar to the 400 Series, are made to meet the specific requirements of specialized usages with the same high level of quality that our customers have come to expect from Britannia Metador. Fully glazed doors from the 400FG series are ideal for use in both internal and external locations for schools, offices and communal housing. We can produce our 400FG doors in a huge selection of sizes and with numerous fenestration options to choose from in order to suit your precise requirements.

Anti-Vandal Doors

Britannia Metador can supply anti-vandal steel security doors that are completely galvanised and have insulated cores that go above and beyond all building regulations currently in operation. Available in our standard frame size (910mm width by 2065mm height), our anti-vandal doors come pre-finished in a Goosewing grey polyester powder coat finish with a range of coloured over-coats available which have the added benefit of providing an increase in durability. The hardware options available on our anti-vandal doors include cloaking frames and sashlocks which provide multi-point locking.

Ironmongery

Britannia Metador is fully equipped to provide a huge range of ironmongery products including locks, cylinders, panic hardware, door closures, escutcheons, handles, louvres, push and kick plates, vision panels and various other products. We carry an extensive selection of locks including monkey tail bolts, tower bolts, codelocks, deadlocks, biometric handles and latches, mortice flushbolts, maglocks, sashlocks and indicator bolts.
