Under the Management of Health and Safety at work regulations 1999 companies have the responsibility to manage and carry out periodical risk assessments on all drivers of company vehicles. We will be able help you comply with the new corporate manslaughter & corporate homicide act.
Our primary aim is to consult with you and promote sound health and safety-driving practices in all work related driving activities. As part of our training programme, we cover all topics of drivers' responsibilities in our seminar, including alcohol, drugs, stress, driving licence checks, through to vehicle checks and much more. Each driver will then be individually assessed and coached in developing their defensive driving skills.
Our free Information pack deals with the health and safety law and can be emailed to you on request. These requirements are in addition to the duties you have as an employer under the road traffic law, e.g. the road traffic act and road vehicle regulations, which are administered by the police and other agencies such as VOSA the vehicle and operating services agency
At driver education we will be bringing company drivers up to date with their driving skills, and complies with the HSE. We specialise In Eco-driving & Ecological issues by helping drivers reduce CO2 emissions and fuel-efficient driving.
