Ultrasonic Thickness Gauges

We supply a range of Ultrasonic Thickness Gauges for the measurement of wall thickness in various industries. We recognise and understand the demand for certain industries to be able to gauge thickness and provide a range of gadgets suitable for measurements on various surfaces and materials. Coating Thickness Gauges

The measurement of coating thickness is important in many industries where product quality, durability, process control and cost control is affected. Items within our range include:

• PosiPen: this gauge has a small magnet for pin-point accuracy on small parts. It is ideal for measuring non-magnetic coatings such as paint, enamel, plating, hot dip galvanising on steel.

• PosiTest: this gauge has a magnetic pull-off thickness probe for measurement of coatings such as paint, enamel, plastic, galvanising, metalising, plating and more on steel.

• PosiTest DFT – this is used for measuring thickness coatings on all metals.

• PosiTector 6000 – this fully electronic gauge for measuring thickness on all ferrous and non-ferrous metal substrates.

Ultrasonic Flaw Detectors

Our ultrasonic flaw detectors range from handheld models to phased array ultrasonic flaw detectors to suit all manner of applications. Items within our range include:

• Avenger: our most popular ultrasonic flaw detector. Small, lightweight but robust and sturdy handheld detection unit with large LCD display.

Portable Imaging

Bond Testers

Our BondaScope series is designed to meet simple to complex applications. Our units offer various benefits such as high speed performance, feature and value. Items within the BondaScope range include:

Forensic Lighting

We supply the highly advanced TrAc Finder Crime Kit and the New Astra LED Torch Light Forensic/ Security ALS. These light sources are used to detect body fluids, fingerprints, bruising, hair, fibres, foot prints, Ninhydrine (treated fingerprints), superglue, fluorescent dyes, powders, stamps, markers, basic yellow 40, Cyanoacrylate, smart dna water and more.
