KIV specialise in the design, manufacture and installation of high quality BioMass boiler systems. We have been involved in the production of boiler systems for over 30 years, and for over half of that time we have been designing bespoke WID Compliant Energy from Waste (EfW) systems.

KIV BioMass boiler systems incorporate the very latest developments in combustion technology. They benefit from fuel, air and pressure regulation systems, reliable fuel delivery and feeding, good turn-down ratios with high efficiency and low emissions, automated process controls with easy-to-use interfaces, and low costs of operation and maintenance.

Biomass Steam Boilers

We have two different ranges of Biomass steam boilers available for you to choose from; the SteamPro range, which covers models with a thermal output of between 650 kWth and 4500 kWth, or the SteamMax range, which includes models covering 5000-8000 kWth. The steam output of the SteamPro series ranges from 1.0 tph to 7.0 tph, with the SteamMax series covering 7.5 tph to 12 tph (all outputs assuming wood chip fuel with 50% moisture content and feed water at 105°C). Energy from Waste

In recent years, we have successfully developed a number of Energy from Waste (EfW) systems that offer a sustainable alternative to the combustion of wood and fossil fuels. Our EfW systems are able to combust locally sourced untreated MSW and other wastes, turning it useful energy. Biomass Hot Water Boilers

KIV produces two ranges of Biomass Hot Water Boiler. The WaterPro range of integrated horizontal boilers covers a thermal output range of 650 to 4500 kWth (50% moisture content) or 830 to 5000 kWth (10% moisture content). KIV's WaterMax series of Biomass Hot Water Boilers covers a thermal output range of 3000 to 10,000 kWth (50% moisture content).
