We can offer fast turnaround from drawing to finished part due to our continued investment in the latest Hurco CNC machinery with at-machine conversational programming. CNC turning capacity is 50mm bar / 300mm billet. very competitive pricing is offered on one-hit, higher volume CNC turned parts utilising a magazine feeder under lights out. CNC milling capacity is up to 1200mm with 4th axis machining available. CNC machining is undertaken in most materials including aluminium, stainless steels, plastics and brass. We also have extensive experience in machining titanium. Offline programming on Licom Systems AlphaCam is available for CNC machining of more complicated parts.
