We are a sheet metal fabrication and metalworks shop, specialising in intricate and large diameter spinnings in all metals, as well as sheet metal fabrication, weldings and light pressings.

Metal Spinning

Metal spinning, which has been done manually for centuries on soft metals, is a method for forming a tube or sheet of metal into a desired shape.

We specialise in large diameter spinning. We can perform circle cutting of up to six feet in diameter in all metals.

Sometimes it can be far more cost-effective to spin large diameter pieces of metal than to use metal stamping. We also perform intricate spinning in all metals, as well as hydraulic spinning and flow forming. 

Sheet Metalwork Fabrications

We can provide sheet metalwork fabrications for a vast variety of industrial and architectural applications, such as ducting for air conditioning systems, marine fuel tanks, structural roofing (including decorative standing-seam metal roofing). Other applications include guttering, downspouts and building fascia as well as cooker vent hoods. 

The variety of items we can produce is virtually unlimited; in effect if an item can be formed from sheets of metal, we can fabricate it.

We work with a variety of metals, including copper, aluminium, galvanised steel and stainless steel. We also carry out welding and light pressings.
