Finishing Services Ltd (PFS), based in Bristol, was established in 1981and
has developed during the years to offer a fantastic range of products and
services. PFS Ltd has an excellent reputation in the industry as a
reliable company supplying high quality products. Engineers at PFS are
highly skilled and have many years of experience within the industry. This
has enabled the development of PFS Ltd's range of two drum winders and
single/double rotary sheeters. |

Design
Our
experience within the industry means that we can proudly offer a bespoke
service to our customers whereby we can tailor-make machines to meet
specific requirements. Our skilled engineers work closely with customers
to ensure the end product meets and surpasses their vision. PFS also
offers a consultancy service for the finishing area where skilled staff
can organise and re-arrange working areas or complete departments if
required. We have also undertaken Health and Safety audits on two drum
winders for some years. We are able to use this skill as part of our
supply and installation service where we can ensure that all equipment
adheres to current Health and Safety standards. |

Modifications
We
have the capabilities and facilities to design, build and modify all two
drum winders and single/double rotary sheeters. We can also modify or
replace pneumatic and/or hydraulic control systems. For electrical drives,
we work with the team at West of England Plant Limited who enable us to
replace existing electrical drives with the latest DC digital technology.
We specialise in two motor DC drives for two drum winders and the
replacement of mechanical braking systems with unwind brake generators. |

Servicing
We
undertake servicing requests of winders and sheeters of all ages, makes or
models and we also carry our operator training. We have a wealth of
experience in the Masson Scott Thrissell range of paper converting
equipment. As part of our service, we can also remove second hand machines
and install them in new locations. This service includes the necessary
repairs and training of the machine operators. |

At
Paper Finishing Services, we have designed and built our very own two drum
winder. The GP 1500 covers a width range of 1.5 meters to 3.25 meters and
has a 1500mm diameter finished reel.
