Lifting Gear – Chain Slings

In our
extensive range of lifting gear supplies you'll find a broad selection of
chain sling components. These can be manufactured into a sling to suit
your application. The Gunnebo Basiq is a competitively priced grade 80
chain system with slings from 8mm dia to 32mm dia and a full range of hook
options and shortening clutches. The Gunnebo Classic is a grade 80 lifting
system which includes full load bearing swivel hooks – this system has
been designed with the manufacturing industry in mind. The Gunnebo Grabiq
is the ultimate grade 10 system providing the user with the strongest
chain to be found anywhere on the market. These versatile systems include
mid leg grab clutches, the innovative Gunnebo Flex Leg system, and grade
10 rotating swivel points.

Lifting Gear – Morris PL Series Levalift

The
Levalift system has been designed to perform a wide variety of pulling,
lifting, tensioning and securing applications. With a robust, steel
construction, the Levalift incorporates the very latest advances in
technical design to enhance safety and strength, as well as improving
overall operating effort. The grade 100 load chain can either be 'pulled
through' or 'wound through' by means of a hand wheel – this enables
rapid hook positioning. An automatic brake function ensures that any load
of over 20kg or more will cause the brake to be applied, irrespective of
the motion selector. The Levalift hoist is available in 750kg, 1000kg,
1500kg, 3000kg and 6000kg capacities, with a number of chain lengths to
suit your particular application.

Door Breakers

The All
Power 5 Ton capacity hydraulic door breaker makes light work of gaining
entry to heavily locked or modern security doors. These powerful, yet
lightweight designs are fitted with 2 No 5 Ton capacity hydraulic
cylinders which offer a lateral/locking force of 5 Tons and a
pushing/opening force of 5 Tons. These devices also feature a manually
operated diverter valve which enables you to switch between the two
cylinders.

Services – Test and Inspections

LOLER
regulations require that all lifting gear should be visually inspected by
a trained person every six months. If you need someone to do this for you,
give Lifting Equipment Supplies a call. We employ a team of fully trained
engineers who can undertake on-site inspection of your lifting gear in
accordance with the relevant LOLER regulations. They are also able to
carry out the PAT of your electrical equipment.
