To help employers tackle stress related ill health in the workplace, Hull and East Yorkshire Mind have launched 'MindWorks'. This project is an innovative new training service which delivers a range of comprehensive training modules to managers, HR personnel and staff in all sectors of employment. MindWorks training offers an opportunity for companies to reduce stress in their staff early on, so that it doesn't result in a sickness absence in the future.
