Conceptual Design

Scheme Design Stage

This is the stage where we start to draw up plans and designs in order to meet the requirements of your catering operation; including any physical or budgetary constraints. Generally speaking, this particular stage can be divided up into three main areas including legislative checks, practical processes and creative processes. Detailed Design Stage

This is the stage where we start to undertake the tendering process to appoint various project contractors after preparing all the relevant documentation required for those contractors. We firmly believe that paying attention to detail at this stage really dictates the outcome of success with regard to a completed project. A huge variety of documents are required and once they’re in place, the contract documentation can be drawn up. We manage this process from start to finish.
