The wrist donut is ergonomically designed to cushion and support the wrist joint and lower palm against a hard surface regardless of size. Wearing the wrist donut is like wearing a watch or bracelet and it is completely unobtrusive to your daily tasks and at less than 30g, it is light weight and is so comfortable that people forget they are wearing it. As the wrist donut is worn on your arm it allows total freedom of movement and you are able to work in the position that is most comfortable for you. The wrist donut conforms to Personal Protective Equipment Directive 89/686/EEC.

For the user their wrist joint and lower part of the palm is cushioned and supported for maximum comfort. It is non restrictive as the user is able to place their arm in the easiest position for them to work in, whilst allowing freedom of movement in the hands, arms and shoulder. It can even be used with a laptop and it also frees up your work space.

For the employer it provides all the benefits of a desk mounted wrist support but takes up less space and is a cost effective alternative rather the supplying wrist rests for mouse and keyboard. It will also reduce clutter on the desktop and is perfect for employees who work in limited spaces or who hot desk.

How to Wear and Care for your Wrist Donut

Your wrist donut should fit snugly and comfortably but it shouldn’t be too tight.  To tell if you are wearing it properly you should be able to run a finger under it and it should simply turn around the wrist so that the flat fastening section is under the wrist when using a pen. The wrist donut can be easily moved and adjusted once it is on place by squeezing and manipulating it on your wrist. The wrist donut can be machine washed on a delicate cycle at 30° by placing it in a wash bag to make sure it doesn’t damage your clothes. It can also be hand washed and plumped up when dry.

Sizes, Colours & Customising

The wrist donut comes in three standard sizes:

Small    - To fit wrist circumference 11 to 15cm (approx 4.5 to 6 inches)

Medium - To fit wrist circumference 15 to 18cm (approx. 6 to 7 inches)

Large - To fit wrist circumference 18 to 21cm (approx. 7 to 8.25 inches)

We are also able to make custom sizes to order and we have a handy measuring guide on our site to ensure you get the correct size. 

There are six colours to choose from: black, red, navy blue, mid blue, racing green and wine. Custom colours are available on a minimum order basis if the fabric has to be dyed. We can also personalise the wrist donut by embroidering your name or initials onto it in bold or script text styles and in a spectrum of colours. If required, we are able to print transfer or embroider your company or clubs logo onto the wrist donut.
