Jetshape based in Somerset, provides a high precision profiling service using high pressure abrasive water jet cutting technology. Cutting highly accurate parts in mild steel, Hardox, tool steel, stainless steel, aluminium, titanium, foam, rubber, vinyl, plastic, marble, granite, glass and ceramics. We also have vibration deburring equipment, a 2.5m CNC press brake and access to welding and powder coating facilities through our sister company Frocester Engineering. Jetshape is half way between Bristol and Exeter and ideally placed to serve the South West and South Wales. Our sub-contract service is fast, cost effective and lead times are typically 3 to 4 days although 24 hour turn around and "while you wait" cutting can also be undertaken by prior arrangement.
