Go Eco Consultancy (GEC-CO) is a fresh and innovative company based in the South East of England providing heat pump installations to companies all across the UK. Go Eco Consultancy specialises in the installation of ground source heat pumps and air source heat pumps as an alternative method to traditionally used fossil fuels. The burning of fossil fuels not only damages the environment but is also becoming increasingly expensive in today’s climate. 'Peak Oil', the process where global oil supplies peak and decline, is already upon us and is as problematic to our climate as global warming is. Here at GEC-CO we have many years of experience within the industry specialise in the design, specification, and installation of various renewable energy systems such as ground and air source heat pump systems, solar arrays, heat recovery units and rainwater recovery installations. Our team is fully trained, accredited and Corgi registered and our designs are compliant to Building Regulations Part L and F and are MCS compliant. At GEC-CO we provide customers with practical renewable energy solutions for both new and existing properties. We provide honest advice alongside a professional service both before and after sales. Please visit our website or contact us for further information.

We provide customers with variations of the Mitsubishi Ecodan Air Source System. These quiet, compact systems feature simple internal control and distribution systems, efficiencies up to 380% and are inverter controlled which means they only work as hard as they need to. We also supply air source heat pumps that are ideal for retrofit to radiator systems. These single and three phase pumps, hi-res pumps offer output temperatures of up to 80 degrees C and replace boilers by connecting directly to existing internal control systems. They feature excellent efficiency from 200% to 500% and can be cascaded and connected to air handling units, radiator or under-floor systems. We also install commercial air source heat pumps with cooling facilities and cascades up to 600Kw for larger premises. For further information of our air source heat pumps please contact us.

We can supply under-floor heating systems including pipe-work clipped to insulation and between joists systems laid in diffuser plates. Our under-floor hybrid designs can also be incorporated with radiator and convector heater systems where required. Our under-floor heating systems do not have under-floor joins, feature individual zone control, and are robust and long-lasting.
We can supply materials and systems to customers or supply and install complete systems ourselves. Please contact us with your requirements for further information and/ or quotes.

We provide energy-efficient skirting board systems that are easy to install and highly responsive. Our skirting board heating systems offer alternative solutions to under-floor systems or can replace radiator systems in existing properties. We work with ThermaSkirt® for simple, discreet and energy efficient installations. These systems provide heat coverage that is better than radiator coverage and is comparable with under-floor heating systems. A variety of sizes and colours are available to suit individual customer requirements and designs and they are designed to 35degrees C flow maximising heat pump efficiency.
ThermaSkirt® systems can be connected to existing radiator flow and return pipe-work.
If you are considering skirting heating, please contact us for further information and advice.

Our combination of ground and air source heat pumps utilise renewable natural solar energy that is trapped in the ground or the air to heat properties. This renewable energy is limitless and better still, completely free! Benefits of ground and air source heat pumps include no local emissions, 75% savings on heating costs, and the ability to automatically reverse to cool properties in hot weather via an under-floor or fan coil system.

The heat pump method functions by extracting heat from the earth using a ground loop. These loops are either buried in trenches 1-2 meters deep or installed in bore holes depending on the space available. The brine solutions that is circulating in the ground loop picks up warmth from the earth and transfers it to the heat pump where it evaporates the refrigerant circulating in the heat pump to form a gas. Once this gas is compressed it creates heat that can then be conveyed to heating and hot water systems. The benefit of this system is that the energy source is renewable, inexhaustible and free.
